Our space is perfect for your intimate party, wedding celebration, or educational workshop. Our space is conveniently located off of I-275 Baxter Avenue exit, as well as on Central Avenue from Downtown & the Old City.

Hourly Rental: $75.00

Evening Rental (5 hours): $300.00

Full Day Rental (8 hours): $800.00

Performing Arts Weekly Rental: $500.00

Optional Cleaning Fee (vs DIY): $250.00

Maker Wall: $250.00


Weddings at Modern Studio, regardless of formality, are counted as a full day rental with a rental fee of $800. No other events can occur in our space the day of your wedding, and as such, we block off the entire day by default. This allows you the flexibility to be in the space as early as you need the day of the event. Additional fees may apply for event coordination, cleaning, and help setting the room. 


A signed Event Rental Agreement as well as 100% of your rental fee is due to confirm the hold on our calendar. Refunds of 50% are available up to 30 days from the date of your event. 

A signed Performing Arts Rental Agreement and 50% of each week's rental fee is due to confirm your performing arts or theatre event on our calendar. Dates are non-transferable.
